Australia Day, and still at the beach.

On Australia Day I thought most people would be enjoying the outdoors. So I headed
for the big galleries in Sydney. The MCA and the AGNSW.

A wonderful concertina book, hoping to do the same myself one day soon.

I found these banners for Rembrandt in the foyer of the AGNSW quite amusing.

A lily pond in The Royal Botanical Gardens resplendant with a Sacred Ibis.

I didn't realise there were tortoises too.

There she still is, sketched by me years ago.

These old double-decker buses were still being used when I was young.

Leaving Sydney, back to Manly, and finally back in Freshwater.
Another charming cottage, love the sandstone.
